Last updated: May 24, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using breadboardhub.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to breadboardhub. By uploading content, you grant breadboardhub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service.
Public designs are available under the license you choose (MIT by default). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload malicious code, malware, or content that violates others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Abuse rate limits or use automated tools to scrape content at scale
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates applicable laws
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans (Pro, Org Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API access.
7. Intellectual Property
The breadboardhub name, logo, and platform code are proprietary. User-uploaded designs remain the property of their creators under their chosen license.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Circuit designs and simulations on breadboardhub are for educational and prototyping purposes. Always verify designs independently before use in production hardware.
9. Limitation of Liability
breadboardhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to hardware damage resulting from circuit designs shared on the platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
